Querious removes customer and client information from transcribed audio files before AI processing takes place. All sensitive data is encrypted. Querious deletes all transcribed text and audio files after the meeting ends.
What security certifications does Querious have?
Querious has passed Microsoft's privacy and security audits required for public availability in the Microsoft App Store. We are currently preparing for SOC-2 (Type 1) certification, with expected completion in March 2025.
Do I need to inform clients that I'm using Querious?
Querious automatically provides a notice to all meeting participants that the tool is being used. Querious attends as a participant to each virtual meeting. The bot is visible to all attendees. Attorneys also have the ability to provide additional notice to attendees through the in-meeting sidebar. While explicit consent is not required under ABA guidelines (as Querious is not self-learning), this notification ensures transparency with clients.
